The Fax API setting will allow you connect your site to interfax.net service.
When turned on, any order placed on the site will automatically sent to your fax machine above other notifications set. That is very helpful as the restaurant cashier will see any orders coming right as they been placed.
If POS integrated, the setting to connect and sync will be available in this screen as well.
